What credits buy

Credits are non-transferable processing units, not money or a cash wallet. Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal; purchased pack credits currently have no scheduled expiry. Subscription credits are issued monthly and expire at the next subscription-month boundary without rollover. Free credits have no cash value. Your confirmed purchase records the price and quantity.

Usage and failed jobs

Ordinary processing costs 1 credit per billable page; OCR costs 5 per page. Extraction is billed by selected pages and deletion by remaining pages; other page operations use their applicable input page or image count. The task interface shows the amount reserved before submission. AI uses a separate character-based quote. Successful jobs consume reserved credits; failed or successfully canceled jobs return their reservation once. Returned subscription credits cannot revive an expired allowance. Credit returns are not cash refunds. Review processing results before use.

Unused paid credits

You may request a refund for unused paid credits. Support checks the original order, credit ledger, previous refunds and pending jobs, then calculates the amount in proportion to that order's price and unused paid units. Free credits have no cash value. Used credits are not automatically refundable; service defects, duplicate or incorrect charges, inability to deliver and mandatory legal refunds are reviewed separately. No refund can exceed the remaining amount of the original payment.

Refund requests and disputes

Use the contact form Contact form with the public order number and a description. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or document contents unless specifically needed through an approved secure process. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and give a decision or next step within 5 business days. Approved Stripe refunds go only to the original payment method; bank processing time is additional. Refunds and disputes can temporarily pause new jobs and purchases. Credits may be removed proportionally; a credit shortfall is not a cash debt or authorization to charge your card. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Active documents and templates

Uploads expire 24 hours after upload begins; outputs expire 24 hours after completion. Expired files cannot be downloaded; physical deletion runs periodically and can be delayed during an active job or an outage. A saved template retains its source until the last template using it is removed; the source then expires after a further 24 hours unless deleted sooner. Removing a template alone does not immediately erase its source. Download needed results before expiry. Ordinary PDF and OCR processing does not send content to an external AI model. If you explicitly choose and consent to an AI task, extracted text is sent to the third-party AI service provider as described in AI Pricing and Privacy.

Backups and recovery

Private backups expire after 35 days. With sufficient history available, we retain at least 7 daily and 4 weekly recovery snapshots. Expiry cleanup runs automatically across our backup storage; outages or offline storage can delay physical deletion. Expired snapshots are not used for recovery. Restored files remain isolated until current deletion and expiry status is checked. Active-file deletion is not immediate deletion from every backup.

Records and support

Payment, credit-ledger, refund, security and audit records may remain longer where needed for disputes or applicable obligations; file deletion does not erase all transaction records. You must have authority to upload and process a document. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. This policy supplements the site's Terms and Privacy Policy and does not retroactively change existing orders.
