These terms apply to your use of Sablelane's online PDF tools, AI document features, processing quotas, and subscription services. Before using, please review the relevant feature descriptions, pricing, privacy policy, and refund rules.
Sablelane provides PDF processing and AI document features that are open on the website. Specific supported file formats, sizes, page counts, processing scope, and delivery formats are subject to the descriptions on the respective tool pages. Features not yet open are not part of the current service scope.
The PDF workspace requires a logged-in account. Please keep your login credentials secure and ensure you can receive customer service responses related to your account and orders. You must have legal usage rights or valid authorization for uploaded files. Do not submit infringing, illegal, or unauthorized content, or use the service for activities prohibited by the Code of Conduct.
Prices are displayed in USD; the actual amount and payment cycle are subject to the information confirmed at the time of purchase. Processing quotas are for use on this site only and are not withdrawable cash balances. Quota packs are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Pro monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. After cancelling auto-renewal, paid benefits remain valid until expiration. Details on quota issuance, validity periods, and refund rules are available in the PDF Quotas and Files Policy and the PDF Pro Subscription Terms.
Submitting a payment request does not guarantee successful payment; paid benefits take effect upon payment confirmation. Processing tasks may be queued, and completion time is affected by file size, content complexity, and service capacity. Please save results within the download period. Failed tasks or tasks successfully cancelled according to rules will have the corresponding reserved quota returned, subject to task status and feature page descriptions.
Different files' fonts, layouts, images, and scan quality may affect processing results; please verify that the output meets your needs. AI may omit, mistranslate, or generate inaccurate content; important documents should be manually verified. AI features are executed only after you confirm the quote and agree to data processing. Their fees, limitations, and data processing rules are detailed in AI Pricing and Privacy.
You may cancel subscription auto-renewal in the workspace. Refunds for quota packs, monthly, and annual subscriptions are handled according to the published Refund Policy and PDF Pro Subscription Terms. Task quota returns and cash refunds are separate processes. For duplicate charges, service defects, or legally mandated refunds, contact Email customer service for processing; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
We process account information and files in accordance with the Privacy Policy and PDF Quotas and Files Policy. Ordinary files and outputs have download and retention periods; template, backup, and deletion rules are detailed in relevant policies. Please download required results promptly and only upload files you are authorized to have processed by the service.
For requests that are unauthorized, violate the Code of Conduct, or involve payment anomalies, Sablelane may suspend processing, refuse, or cancel relevant tasks and handle payments according to published refund rules. These terms do not exclude rights granted to you by applicable law that cannot be excluded.
For account, task, payment, refund or policy questions, submit an inquiry through Contact form. Customer service will confirm receipt within 2 business days and provide a decision or next steps within 5 business days. This version is dated 2026-09-17; subsequent updates do not retroactively change agreements for confirmed orders.
