US$6.90 each month or US$59 once each year. Subscriptions automatically renew at the stated interval until canceled. Any applicable tax and final total must be shown before payment. No automatic overage charges.

PDF Pro subscription terms
These terms apply to Sablelane PDF Pro monthly and annual subscriptions. One-time credit packs remain separate and follow the PDF credit and file policy.
Monthly allowance
Each subscription month includes 3,000 credits. Ordinary processing costs 1 credit per billable page and OCR 5 per page, with the page-count rules shown for each tool. AI tasks use their separate character-based quote. Annual subscribers receive credits monthly, not all at once. Unused monthly credits expire at the next subscription-month boundary without rollover. Non-expiring one-time pack credits remain separate. Subscription credits are used first. File, page, storage and queue limits still apply.
Cancellation
Cancel renewal in the PDF workspace. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps already paid access until the purchased period ends. A cancellation request is not a cash refund. Payment failures do not grant a new unpaid allowance.
Refund requests
Monthly: request a refund proportional to unused current-month credits. Annual: unstarted service months plus the unused credit fraction of the current month, allocated from the actual annual payment without retroactive monthly repricing. Previously refunded or pending amounts are deducted. Completed earlier months are excluded. Pending/running tasks must settle before the amount is calculated. Approved refunds terminate remaining rights associated with the refunded invoice and stop future renewal. Service defects, duplicate charges and legally required refunds are reviewed separately.
Files and support
File retention and support channels follow the PDF file policy at /pdf-policy. Refunds require manual review and return to the original payment method. Refunds/disputes under review may pause processing. Failed or canceled jobs return their reservation, but cannot revive expired monthly credits. Statutory rights are unaffected.
